Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We can use conditional call forwarding from your current number, so calls you don’t answer go to your AI receptionist — or we can set up a new local number for you.
Are calls recorded?
Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can send you accurate summaries and improve your receptionist. Florida requires the consent of all parties, so every call starts with a clear recording notice in your greeting.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month [confirm]. Setup fees are one-time.
How long does setup take?
Starter automations are usually live in about 1–3 business days, and the Core plan in about 5–10 business days. Timing depends mostly on the required carrier (10DLC) text-messaging registration and on getting your FAQs from you.
What if the AI can’t answer a question?
It takes a detailed message and sends it to you right away, or transfers the call live to you or your team based on the rules you choose — for example, emergencies or when a caller asks for a person.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar and Calendly. The AI checks your real availability, offers open times and books the appointment during the call.
What happens if I go over my voice minutes?
We never cut off your receptionist mid-month without notice. You’ll get alerts at 80% and 100% of your minutes; extra minutes are billed on the next cycle [confirm rate], and if you regularly go over we’ll suggest a better-fitting plan.
Is this a good fit for med spas and clinics?
Yes, for scheduling, reminders, FAQs and lead response. The AI does not give medical advice — clinical questions are routed to your staff — and we review any privacy requirements (such as HIPAA) with you before connecting systems.
How do review requests work?
